Private Pay and Insurance Reimbursement
We accept private pay (credit card/debit card/cash) and HSA/FSA benefits. You also have the option of seeking out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, meaning that you can submit statements (called "superbills") to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We are happy to provide these statements to you for you to submit to your insurance company so that they can reimburse you for any covered costs. Please contact your insurance company directly for questions about out-of-network benefits.
Please note that coverage varies greatly between plans. If your insurance company declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed. We recommend you check with your insurance company prior to booking an appointment to be sure that the visit will be covered.

- $149 for a 60-minute initial appointment
- $112 for a 45-minute follow-up appointment
- $400/month for our most popular monthly membership, including 4 video appointments per month and unlimited email/chat/meal plan support
