IBS & Gut Health

IBS can affect much more than your digestion.

Sure, there are the physical symptoms--

  • bloating
  • abdominal pain
  • diarrhea
  • constipation

But there's also the mental health impacts--

  • food fear
  • unpredictable symptoms
  • anxiety around eating
  • social limitations
  • increasingly restrictive diets

How I work with IBS and other complex digestive disorders

I don't believe managing IBS should automatically mean eliminating more and more foods.

I take an individualized approach to managing digestive issues. Dietary changes such as the low-FODMAP diet can work wonders for some, but they are certainly not right for everyone. I use a variety of different approaches and interventions to holistically, proactively, gently, and sustainably improve BOTH your digestive symptoms AND your mental health.
